What it looks like
Footie tricks » Rai flick
How?
“To start learning the Rai flick, first try dribbling the ball and as you do so, clench it between both feet and flick it up behind you, catching the ball. Then, once you’ve mastered that, instead of catching the ball, get it to sail up and over your oncoming defender. Practice makes perfect!”
Why?
“The Rai flick is a way of lifting the ball from your feet up into the air and over your oncoming opponent. It can be used as an alternative to a stepover or dummy but frankly the main reason people use it is to show off!”
